How to recover your password
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?".
Enter your registration email and click "Send request".
You’ll get an email from [email protected] titled "Please set a new password".
Open the email and click "Set a new password".
Create a password with at least 8 characters. Use uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols for strength.
Confirm your new password and click "Apply".
Log in using your new password.
What if you haven't received the email?
Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
Make sure you entered your registration email.
Try resending the request after a few minutes.
Contact support at [email protected] if you still haven't received an email.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is enabled for all accounts, providing an extra layer of security beyond your password.
How it works:
When you log in, you’ll be asked for a one-time code.
By default, the code is sent to your registration email.
After your first login, your device is trusted for 90 days, provided you're using the same device and network.
Choose your verification: email codes or an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator.

How to securely store passwords?
Don’t reuse passwords or store them insecurely. You may use secure password managers, such as 1Password, Bitwarden, KeePass, or LastPass. You can also use built-in password managers on your computer: macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager.
