When a client sends you a task, you'll receive an email notification at the address you provided during registration. The task will also appear in your account.
Viewing tasks in your account
Go to the "Tasks" section in the sidebar.
Tasks from the last 3 months are displayed with preset filters that sort them by various criteria.

Resetting preset filters:
Click "Reset filters" to clear default settings.
After resetting, you can set new parameters.
Applying new filters:
Select the desired criteria, such as status, creation date, or company.
Apply the filters to display only relevant tasks.
Task statuses
"On approval by a contractor" means that the payment for the task hasn’t yet been credited to your balance and the task is waiting for your confirmation.
If you confirm the task, the funds will be credited to your balance, and supporting documents will be generated.
If you decline the task, its status will change to "Decline by contractor" and the reserved funds will return to the company’s balance.
How to confirm task completion
Option 1: Detailed task view
Open the detailed task view by clicking the task's name, then click "Mark completed".
Option 2: Quick completion
In the "Tasks" section, select the checkboxes next to the tasks you want to confirm and click "Mark completed" at the bottom. This lets you confirm multiple tasks at once.
