You can add a contractor to the platform in three ways:
Through the "Contractors" section.
While creating a task.
Through the task import file.
Inviting contractors via the "Contractors" section
To invite one or multiple contractors, go to the "Contractors" section and click "Add".
Enter the contractor’s email address and a welcome message.
Click "Invite" and refresh the page.
Once registered, the contractor will receive an email with their login credentials.
For bulk invitations, use the bulk upload feature and enter all email addresses separated by commas ([email protected],[email protected],...).
Inviting a contractor while creating a task
If a contractor isn’t already on the platform:
Click "Invite a new contractor".
Enter the contractor’s email address and click "Invite".
The contractor will be automatically added to the list, and you can continue creating the task.
Invitation via task import file
You can create tasks and invite multiple assignees at the same time.
Go to the "Tasks" section and click "Import".
Download the sample file.
Fill in the data, including "Contractor email".
Save the file and upload it to the platform.
The system will automatically send an invitation to a new user. After that, they can log in and start working right away.

What if the contractor didn't receive an email?
If a contractor appears in the "Contractors" section but has not received an email:
Ask them to check the Spam folder.
If the email is not there, they can use the password recovery feature on the login page.
How to add a contractor to your company
If a contractor has registered independently, you can add them to your team in a standard invitation way. They will receive an email and be linked to your company.
