You can add a contractor to the platform in three ways:
Via the “Contractors” section
Via the “Contractor” field when creating a task
Via the task import file
Below is a detailed description of each method.
Inviting via the “Contractors” section
This method allows you to invite one or multiple contractors at once.
Go to the “Contractors” section and click “Add”.
Enter the contractor’s email address and a welcome message.
Click “Invite” and refresh the page. The contractor will receive an email with login details at the specified address. You can assign tasks immediately after sending the invitation — there is no need to wait for the status to change. The status will switch to “Active” once the contractor signs in and completes the required information.
Important
If you want to invite multiple contractors, use bulk input. Enter all email addresses separated by commas, without spaces: [email protected],[email protected],...
Via the “Contractor” field when creating a task
If you are creating a task and the contractor has not yet been added to the platform:
Go to the “Tasks” section and click “Add”. Then click “Invite a new contractor” inside the task creation form.
Enter the contractor’s email address and click “Invite”.
The contractor will be added to the system automatically. You can continue creating the task.
Inviting via the task import file
You can create tasks and invite multiple contractors at the same time.
Go to the “Tasks” section and click “Import”.
Download the sample file.
Fill in contractor details starting with the “Contractor email” field.
Save the file and upload it to the platform.
If the contractor’s email is new, the system will automatically send an invitation. After signing in, the contractor can start working immediately.
This method is convenient if you need to add contractors and assign tasks in bulk.

What to do if the contractor didn’t receive the email
If the contractor appears in the “Contractors” section but did not receive the invitation email, ask them to check their “Spam” folder.
If the email is not there, they can use the password recovery feature on the platform’s login page.
How to add a contractor who registered independently
If a contractor registered independently, you can add them to your team using any of the three methods described above. The key requirement is to enter the same email address they used during registration.
