You can create tasks in two ways.
Through your personal account
Click "Add", as described in this article.
By importing an .xlsx file
This lets you upload many tasks at once in different currencies.
How to import multiple tasks
1. Go to the "Tasks" section and click "Import".
2. Download sample .xlsx file to use as a template.
3. Fill in the file according to the instructions.
4. Save the file and upload it to the platform.
If there is an error in the file, the system will indicate where and what the error is. You can also download a file that displays only the rows containing errors for easier troubleshooting.
If there are no errors, all tasks from the file will appear in the task list.
If the "Send tasks to work immediately" option is disabled in your profile settings, new tasks will be saved as "Draft".
In “Draft” status you can delete or modify details (except the contractor) before finalizing the task. Once the task status changes, further edits aren’t possible.

Additional import features
Automatic invitation of assignees
If a new email is specified in the import file, the system will automatically send an invitation, providing the assignee with immediate access.
Grouping tasks by projects
You can include a project name in the file.
This lets you group tasks, separate costs for financial reporting, and have the project name appear in Sales Invoices and Transaction sections.
