Documents for a Сompany

Updated this week

4dev.com provides all required supporting documents for payouts made through the platform.

All documents on the 4dev.com platform are generated automatically and comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements. You don’t need to prepare documents manually for auditors or tax authorities — at any time, you can download generated Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoices, and balance sheets (transaction tables) for the beginning and end of a period, saving you time and effort.

Types of documents

Proforma Invoice

A Proforma Invoice is a preliminary invoice that confirms the parties’ intention to order services in the future. It is not an accounting document, but it may be used as a basis for processing a payment for banks.

A Proforma Invoice:

  • Is used to fund the company’s internal balance

  • Does not obligate you to top up the balance

  • Must be created for each balance top-up

You can find a detailed guide in the article “Account recharge”.

Sales Invoice

A Sales Invoice is a document confirming that a service has been delivered. It is generated automatically as soon as a contractor accepts a task. The Sales Invoice serves as the basis for payment and is used for expense accounting and transaction confirmation.

How to download documents

  1. Go to the Documents section in your dashboard.

  2. To download a single document, click Download in the Actions column.

  3. To download multiple documents, select the required files and click Download selected at the bottom of the table.

Filtering and searching documents

By default, the Documents section displays files from the last 3 months.

How to find older documents

  • Change the date range

  • Use additional filters:

    • task currency

    • document type

    • amount

    • task ID

After applying the filters, the relevant documents will appear in the list.
