Transactions Section

Updated over 2 weeks ago

In your client dashboard, go to Company → Transactions.

Here you’ll find a detailed table with all financial operations for the selected period — top-ups, currency exchanges, task payments, and refunds. All your transactions — in one place.

This list helps you track balance changes, monitor conversion rates by date, check tasks by project, contractor, price, or other criteria, and most importantly, keep complete control over your payouts.

The data is also suitable for audits and internal financial reviews.

By default, the table shows transactions from the last three months. You can adjust the period using filters.

What’s Displayed in the Table

General Fields

  • Date — date and time of the transaction.

  • Type — one of the following:
Top-up, Exchange, Task payment, Return payment, Balance adjustment.

  • Document — the document that serves as the basis for the transaction (for top-ups — Proforma Invoice, for tasks — Sales Invoice).

  • Task ID — task number.

  • Exchange rate — revaluation rate from one currency to another.

Currency Columns

(Repeated for each currency)

  • Balance Before.

  • Credit.

  • Debit.

  • Balance After.

Task Details

  • Contractor name — first and last name of the contractor.

  • Contractor email.

  • Project — can be filled in when uploading tasks via file.

  • Service — name of the service provided.

  • Task currency.

  • Task price — the contractor’s earnings.

  • Task fee — platform fee.

  • Task amount — total amount charged from the company.
Formula: Task amount = Task price + Task fee.

2.8% Fee for USD/EUR Card Withdrawals

If in your settings the option “company covers the fee” is enabled, the 2.8% withdrawal fee for USD/EUR card payouts isn’t displayed as a separate column — it’s included in the Task amount.

If Task amount equals Task price + standard task fee, then no additional 2.8% fee was applied.

If Task amount is higher by 2.8%, the fee was applied — and covered by the company.

How to Check the Exchange Rate for a Specific Date

You can see the conversion rate used on any given day:

  1. Set a date range that includes the day you need.

  2. (Optional) Sort by Type of operation (A→Z).

In the transaction row, check the Exchange rate column.

How to Download the Transaction List (.xlsx)

  1. Select the desired period (default — 3 months).

  2. Mark the rows you want to export.

  3. Click Export — the file will download in .xlsx format.
