How to Exchange Currency on the Platform

If you topped up your company balance in one currency but need to create a task in another, you must first exchange the funds to the required currency.

How to create a task in a different currency

You can create a task in any available currency, even if your balance does not currently contain funds in that currency. In this case, the task will be saved with the “Draft” status.

Important:

Your balance must include the full amount in the task currency to submit the task for payment and assign it to a contractor.

For example, you created a task for 1000 EUR, but your balance contains 990 EUR and 100 USD. In this case, the task will remain in “Draft” status until you exchange part of the USD balance into EUR. The system does not convert currency automatically — currency exchange must be done manually.

How to exchange currency

  1. Go to “Exchange”. The button is available in the profile header and on the Home page.

  2. In the exchange window:

    1. In the top field, select the currency you want to exchange from (for example, USD).

    2. In the bottom field, select the currency you want to exchange to (for example, EUR).

    3. Enter the amount (for example, 1000 USD). The system will automatically calculate how much you will receive in the target currency.

  3. Click “Make an exchange”. The currency will be converted.

  4. After the exchange, refresh the page. The updated balance will be displayed immediately.

How to view exchange history

The exchange history is available in “Company” → “Transactions”. Here you can track:

  • exchange date

  • amount

  • exchange rate

  • final balance after the transaction
