If you received payment for a task in one currency (for example, USD) but want to withdraw funds in another currency (for example, EUR), you must first exchange the currency.
Why it’s important to exchange currency in advance
The 4dev.com platform does not convert currency automatically during withdrawal. If you try to withdraw funds in EUR but your balance contains only USD, withdrawal methods will be available only for USD.
Withdrawal methods are shown only for the currencies that are already available on your balance.
If you want to withdraw funds in a different currency, first exchange the currency, then select the desired withdrawal method and submit a request.
How to exchange currency
Click “Exchange” — the button is available in the dashboard header and on the “Home” page.
At the beginning of the form, enter the amount and currency you want to exchange (for example, 1,000 USD).
At the end of the form, select the currency you want to receive (for example, EUR).
The system will automatically calculate the final amount you’ll receive after the exchange.
How to view available withdrawal methods
Go to the “Withdraw funds” section or click the “Withdraw” button. The system displays withdrawal methods only for the currencies available on your balance. Each currency has its own list of withdrawal methods and conditions.

Important:
Currency exchange is a manual action. It is not performed automatically during withdrawal.
Withdrawals are possible only in currencies available on your balance.
Make sure the required currency is already on your balance before submitting a withdrawal request.
