How to add a crypto wallet
Before withdrawing funds, you need to add a wallet to your dashboard.
Go to the “Withdraw funds” section or click the “Withdraw” button and open the “Set up withdrawal methods” tab.
On the “Crypto wallet” tab, click “Add”. Enter your USDT wallet address on the TRON (TRC20) network.
Important
Use only personal wallets. Do not provide temporary, one-time, or service (custodial) wallet addresses. Since withdrawal processing may take 1–2 business days, temporary or third-party wallets may become inactive during that time, potentially resulting in the loss of funds.
After adding the wallet, you will receive a notification requesting confirmation of the wallet connection. A confirmation email will be sent from [email protected] to the email address linked to your account. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your “Spam” folder.
Click the link in the email to confirm the wallet.
Once the wallet is confirmed and your balance is positive, click “To crypto wallet” to withdraw funds.
How to withdraw USDT
Go to the “Withdraw funds” section or click the “Withdraw” button in the profile header.
Find USDT among the withdrawal methods, enter the amount in the pop-up window, and click “Submit”.
USDT withdrawal conditions
Minimum withdrawal amount: 12 USDT (will come into effect on March 2).
Fee: 1.5 USDT per transaction (fixed gas fee*). A gas fee is charged when withdrawing funds.
Processing time: up to 2 business days. The actual time for funds to be credited depends on network congestion.
*Gas in cryptocurrency is the network fee required to process a transaction.
Withdrawal statuses
In the “Transactions” section, you can view details of your withdrawal requests, sort them by date, amount, or currency, and check their current status.
Withdrawal request statuses:
In progress
Sent for payment
Paid
Canceled
