By default, USDT is not enabled in your account. This means you cannot:
Create tasks in USDT
Convert funds to USDT
To use USDT on the platform, complete a few one-time steps. Once activated, the currency will remain available in your account.
How to activate USDT
Contact your manager or support team
Let them know you want to enable USDT.
If you also plan to top up your balance in USDT, refer to the top-up guide for important details.
Wait for confirmation
Your manager will activate USDT on the platform. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Log out and back in
This refreshes the interface and updates your available currencies.
Go to “Company” → “Settings”
— Find USDT in the list of available currencies
— Check the box to display it in your account
Log out and back in again
After logging in, USDT will appear as an active currency.
