How to Top Up the Balance in USDT

To top up your account balance for the first time, use a bank transfer. A detailed step-by-step guide is available in the article “Account Recharge”.

Once the funds are credited, you can top up your balance with USDT and use other available top-up methods.

Activating USDT top-ups

After completing your first balance top-up, request activation of USDT top-ups. To do this, contact your account manager or the 4dev.com support team via email at [email protected] or through the online chat.

Displaying USDT in your dashboard

If you have already contacted your account manager or support team to activate USDT, but the currency is still not visible in the interface, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Company” → “Settings” in your dashboard.

  2. Enable Tether in the list of available currencies.

  3. Log out and log back in.

After that, USDT will appear among your active currencies.

Crediting a USDT payment to the company balance

After sending a USDT payment to 4dev.com using the details from the Proforma Invoice, you must confirm the payment. To do this, send the TxID (transaction hash) to your account manager or contact support via the platform chat or email [email protected].

You can find the transaction hash in the transaction history of the service you used to make the payment.

The USDT top-up will be credited to your company balance within 1–2 business days.
