Task import from a file lets you upload an unlimited number of tasks in different currencies at once.
Before you begin, download the sample file. Then follow the instructions below.
Note: It is not possible to pay for tasks that were completed before the contractor was registered on the platform.
Step 1. Prepare the File
Set all fields to Plain Text to avoid formatting errors.
In Excel: press Ctrl+A → Format Cells → Text.
This prevents Excel from automatically converting fields into numeric formats
Step 2. Fill out the Mandatory Fields
These fields must be completed for every task:
1. Contractor Email.
Enter the assignee’s email address. If the email is new, the system will automatically send an invitation to join the platform, and the contractor can start working right away.
2. Amount.
Enter the payment amount.
Both comma (,) and period (.) can be used as decimal separators.
This is the gross amount (before platform commission).
3. Currency
Enter in ISO code format: USD, EUR, etc.
4. Card Withdrawal Fee (USD/EUR only)
Determines who covers the 2.8% withdrawal fee
Enter 1 → The company pays the fee;
Enter 0 → The contractor pays the fee.
If left blank, the system applies the company profile settings:
If “Cover card withdrawal commission for contractors” is enabled → fee deducted from company balance.
If disabled → fee deducted from the contractor.
5. Service ID
Enter the service code. Full list is available in Company → Service catalog.
6. Task Description
Provide a detailed description of the work performed: what the contractor did, during which period, and include links to technical specifications or tasks in project trackers if available. This helps confirm that the contractor performed the correct type of work.
7. Service Period
Specify either a date or a text description of the service period. At least one of these fields (Task Description or Service Period) must be filled
Step 3. Add Optional Fields (If Needed)
These fields are not required but can help with reporting and tracking:
Contractor Name — For internal tracking only (can be in any language).
User Service Name — Internal label, not shown in supporting documents.
Project — The name of the project the task belongs to. While optional, this field can be used to group tasks by project and allocate costs. The project name will appear in the Sales Invoice and in the Transactions section.
Step 4. Save and Upload
Save the completed file in .xlsx format.
Go to the Tasks → Import from file section on the platform.
Upload your file to create tasks in bulk.
Step 5. Verify Imported Tasks
After upload, check the “Tasks” section to ensure all records were created correctly. Confirm that amounts, currencies, and service details match your input.
