Task Management Through "Settings"

To access settings and configure additional task-related options, go to the “Company” section and select “Settings”.

Automatically assign KYC to new contractors

According to the platform’s security policy, all contractors must pass KYC verification. KYC is assigned immediately after registration and cannot be disabled. We recommend completing KYC as soon as possible to avoid withdrawal delays.

Automatically publish tasks for execution

If this option is enabled, newly created tasks will be automatically sent to the contractor for approval, provided the company has a positive balance.

If the option is disabled, tasks are first saved with the “Draft” status. This means you can edit or delete them — contractors will not see these tasks, and they will not be sent for approval.

Cover the contractor’s withdrawal fee of 2,8%

An additional fee applies to EUR and USD withdrawals to international cards. You can choose who covers this fee. If you decide to cover the fee on behalf of contractors, you can change this setting later when creating a task. By default, the withdrawal fee is paid by the contractor.

Display task URLs in invoices

If this option is enabled, the task URL will be included in the supporting documents. If disabled, task URLs will not appear in the documents.
