A contractor can register on the platform in two ways: by company invitation or via self-registration. Below is a detailed explanation of both options.
Registration by company invitation
The company adds the contractor to the system. You can find more details about this process in the article “Fast Start for a Company”.
The contractor receives an invitation email from [email protected] with login details.
On the first login, you must complete authentication using a one-time code.

After logging in, a registration form will open. Fill it out using Latin characters only.
For addresses in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, please specify your state or province.
We also recommend filling in the Tax and VAT numbers right away.
After you fill in the details, please review and confirm your consent to the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.
If you operate as a sole proprietor, register as an individual. After completing the KYC process, you can submit your sole proprietor details via the platform support chat.
Your registration is complete. You need to pass the KYC verification to access all platform features.
Self-registration
To sign up as a contractor, go to the registration form and select the “I want to get paid” option. This will allow you to receive payments from clients on the platform.

Tips for completing the form:
Fill in all fields using Latin characters.
Provide only valid contact details. They are used for communication and notifications. One email address cannot be used for multiple accounts.
Review the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, then confirm your consent by checking the boxes.

Log in and then fill out your profile details
After registration, you will receive an email with login details.
On your first login, the system will request a one-time code sent to your email. Enter it. More information is available in the article “Two-Factor Authentication”.

Affiliating with a company
If you registered via a company invitation, no further action is required. If you registered independently, the company must add you to its account — either when assigning the first task or directly in the “Contractors” section. In the second case:
The company clicks “Add”.
The company enters the email address you used during registration.
