Fast start for contractors

This article will help you get started with the 4dev.com platform and get paid smoothly. We’ll guide you through using the platform — how to register, complete verification, link a payment method, and follow other essential steps.

Contractor registration on 4dev.com

You can join the 4dev.com platform in two ways.

1. By company invitation

If a company invites you to the platform, you’ll receive a welcome email from [email protected] with your login credentials.

2. Self-registration

You can also register on your own by filling out a quick form. See detailed instructions in Contractor Registration.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account, safeguarding it even if your password is compromised. This feature is enabled for all users by default.

During your first login, you'll receive a one-time code sent to the email address you registered with. Verification is only required when accessing your account from a new device or if your browser’s digital fingerprint changes.

After your initial login, you can connect an authenticator app for a quicker, more secure way to verify your identity. For further details, see the article Two-Factor Authentication.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification

All contractors on the platform are required to complete KYC verification to meet international security standards and help prevent fraud.

KYC is automatically assigned immediately after registration. We recommend completing verification as soon as possible to avoid delays in withdrawals.

Linking a payment method

To link a payment method, go to Withdraw Funds → Set up withdrawal methods.

You can link any of the available payout options:

  • Bank card

  • Bank account

  • Crypto wallet (USDT-TRC20)

After this step, you will be able to withdraw your funds.

Managing tasks in your dashboard

Each task is a service the company pays you for via 4dev.com.

How you’ll be notified

  • As soon as the client sends a task, you receive an email notification.

  • The task will immediately appear in the Tasks section of your dashboard.

Where to view tasks

Navigate to the Tasks section in the sidebar to view all tasks from the past 3 months.

In the upper-right corner, turn on the Show Filter toggle to enable filtering.

You can filter tasks by:

  • Creation date

  • Status

  • Amount

  • Currency

Task status “On approval by contractor”

This status indicates that payment for the task has not yet been credited to your balance—it’s awaiting your confirmation. You can confirm the task either through the detailed view or by using quick confirmation. For step-by-step instructions, see the article Working on Tasks for Contractors.

Withdrawing funds

You can withdraw your funds using any of the following methods:

  • Bank cards

  • Bank accounts

  • Crypto wallet (USDT-TRC20)

How to withdraw

  1. Go to the “Withdraw funds” section.

  2. Choose your preferred withdrawal method — bank card, bank account, or crypto wallet.

  3. Submit your withdrawal request.

Funds are typically credited within 1–5 business days. The exact timeframe depends on the selected currency and withdrawal method. You can track your withdrawal status in the same section.
